Learning as we Grow provides a schedule, which includes a balance of active, and quiet/rest activities, indoor and outdoor activities, free choice and individual activities by children, and group activities

Approximate Activities or Experiences
Breakfast, greeting children and parents as they arrive/depart throughout the morning.
Free play/outside play; exploration and use of all learning centers and equipment.
Clean up/snack set up.
A.M. Snack
Circle time, stories, ABC’s, numbers, calendar, weather.
Small muscle/creative art, cooking, science, and dramatic play.
Large muscle/outside play/lunch and nap set up.
Lunch
Nap/Resting and/or quiet activities.
P.M. Snack
Free play; exploration and use of all learning centers and equipment.
Indoor and outside play; going home at individual times. Greeting parents.
Combining classes; going home at individual times.
